Welcome to JRH Engineering. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.jrhengineering.net (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Website Owner, Services, and Binding Agreement
This Site is owned and operated by JRH Engineering ("JRH Engineering," "we," "us," or "our"), with its main office at 6520 Masters, Manvel, Texas 77578. JRH Engineering is a licensed professional engineering firm providing civil engineering, structural engineering, and land development services in Texas, Florida, and North Carolina.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional engineering advice, certification, or a professional engineer–client relationship. Engineering services are provided only under a separate written agreement, which controls over these Terms with respect to those services. Submitting a contact form or consultation request does not create a contractual engagement.

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or its features.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
To use the Site you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must not be prohibited from using the Site under any applicable law. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JRH Engineering, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, business interruption, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to use, the Site. JRH Engineering also assumes no liability for: (i) errors or inaccuracies of Site content; (ii) personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Site; (iii) unauthorized access to our servers or personal information; or (iv) interruption of transmission to or from the Site.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JRH Engineering and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any demands, losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Site; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (iv) any content you submit to the Site.

By submitting a contact form or providing your information through the Site, you agree that JRH Engineering may contact you regarding your inquiry and, where permitted by law, send promotional messages about our services. We comply with applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA.
8. Changes to Terms; Governing Law; General Provisions

These Terms and any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brazoria County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Nothing in this section limits the application of mandatory consumer-protection or professional licensing laws in Texas, Florida, or North Carolina.

These Terms (with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any written services agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and JRH Engineering regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
