Office warehouses, fabrication shops, laydown yards, small-bay industrial and metal building sites. Several of the projects below started as a problem rather than a plan: an expansion already built without a permit, a floodplain citation from the county, a site with no room for a surface pond. Each was resolved through analysis and design rather than demolition.
JRH designs metal building and PEMB foundations from small structures up to 120,000 square feet, and coordinates industrial site permitting through city and county authorities, flood control districts and TxDOT — anywhere in Texas, North Carolina or Florida.
