PROJECT OVERVIEW
JRH Engineering provided complete civil engineering design for Phase 2 of the FM 149 neighborhood in Anderson, Texas, building on the drainage infrastructure, approvals, and agency relationships established in Phase 1. Phase 2 moved faster — permits were accelerated by leveraging the approved and constructed framework already in place, and the hard infrastructure and approval work did not need to be repeated.

THE RESULT
Phase 2 permitting moved faster than Phase 1 because the hard work was already done. The infrastructure investment, the agency relationships, and the approved drainage framework from Phase 1 all carried forward — compressing the Phase 2 schedule and reducing the engineering and permitting scope.
